This painting was a fun one to create of my cousin,Mark Sutherland and one of his horse's striking a pose. The horse in question is "Shady"...a retired chuckwagon horse who is still part of the family. Thanks to Dina Sutherland for the use of her wonderful photo as reference. She definitely captured a "moment"!
